- When the 1900 census was taken, this family was living at 59 Ash Street in Nashua (Hillsborough), NH. Auguste and his wife were “weavers”. Philomene said she was the mother of 5 children with 4 of them living. When the 1910 census was taken, Philoniere and her four children were living in the home of her parents at 59 Ash Street in Nashua which probably means Auguste had died before 1910. Philoniere was a weaver in a cotton mill as was her mother. In the 1900 census Auguste and Philoniere said they immigrated to the U.S. in 1890 and 1882, respectively.
