Welcome to our new site! All data from the old site (including photos) have now been uploaded (whew!)
I will now begin granting limited access to users that have requested it, however all edits will be reviewed by either Vernon CHARTIER or myself for the time being until we're sure the user knows how the new system works (and he and I are still learning it too!).

When the 1900 and 1910 censuses were taken, this family was living in Voluntown, CT where Paul was a blacksmith. When Paul registered for the WWI draft, he and Carrie Elizabeth were living at 47 Church St. in South Manchester (Hartford), Connecticut. Paul was a blacksmith for himself on Brainerd Rd. in South Manchester. When the 1920 census was taken, they were living at 43 Chestnut St. in Manchester. Paul was the owner of a Blacksmith Shop; possibly his father’s. When the 1930 census was taken, they were living at 20 Chestnut St.
