- Robert and Colombe Chartier’s SSN were issued in Florida . Collie Pelletier was raised in a large, French Catholic family in rural Quebec. She was educated in a one room school house, which was truly a five mile walk from the farm. With the harsh Quebec winters, she spent many nights in the school house with the teacher and other students. As a young adult, her love of adventure took over and she left the farm to pursue her dream of seeing the world. She worked in the hospitality industry in Bermuda, Lake Louise, Mt. Tremblant, and Rhode Island. Together with their daughter, Linda, Robert and Collie lived all over the United States, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. They traveled extensively, finally settling in California. After Robert died, she moved in with her daughter’s family in Niwot, Colorado. A Mass of the Christian Burial was held for Collie at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, September 25th at Saint Thomas Aquinas, with Father Kevin Augustyn officiating.
